Returns and exchanges

Unless otherwise stated for a particular piece of art, you may return a piece of art for a full refund within fourteen days of receipt or for store credit within thirty days of receiving the order.  Please contact Cow Art and More for a return authorization and instructions for returning the art.  Please insure all art against any loss or damage in transit.

EXCLUSIONS

Art cannot be returned if it is:

purchased as a piece of custom work from the artist
framed using specialty services provided by the artist

 

RETURN PROCESS

Contact Cow Art and More. A representative must give you a return authorization before the product can be returned. Repack the product in its original packaging materials. If this is not possible, use new packing materials of the same quality.  Return the item(s) to the name and address provided to you by Cow Art and More. You are solely responsible for any and all shipping and insurance costs associated with returning the artwork to the seller.  Insure item to its full value when shipping.  When returning a piece, use U.S. Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or the delivery service used when it was shipped to you; the seller and Cow Art and More will need the tracking number in order to check the status of the return.

REFUNDS

Cow Art and More issues refunds for items returned within fourteen days of receipt for any reason. Purchasers must contact customer service before the fourteen day period has expired to start the return process. Art must be returned in the same shape as which it was received. After the initial fourteen day return period, exchanges or store credit is offered for art returned to the artist.
